N. Dilip is 18 years old and is enrolled in a college for an undergraduate degree in Commerce. His father, Ganesh, is a laborer and his mother, Shyamala, is a housewife. He has two older brothers, one of whom is working as a mechanic and the other is enrolled in college. His sister is married and lives with her husband. The family is facing financial difficulties because Dilip’s father earns a little over $ 100 per month, with is barely sufficient to meet the needs of the family and repay a loan of $ 2,500 incurred by the family.
Even though he is still a student, Dilip wants to start earning money so some of the family expenses can be met. He heard about the Computer Training Courses offered by HOPE Foundation, through his friend David, who is on the faculty, and got himself enrolled in the course. Dilip is very sharp and attentive student, who is learning very fast. He is confident that on completion of the course, he will be able to get a job which will enable him to supplement the family income.
Thank you, David, Chris and Emity and George, for coming together to ensure that Dilip’s computer training course is funded for. His family’s future prosperity is because of you.
